Can I place an order by phone?

I have a promotional code. How do I use it?

All you have to do is enter the promotional code at checkout and the associated promotion will be automatically applied. The field you need to fill in can be found in your shopping bag.

Current promotions for use at the Pepe Jeans Pakistan online store are not always valid in our physical stores.

What are the delivery charges?

STANDARD delivery or CASH ON DELIVERY charges are PKR 300/- for up to 2 articles.

Can I pick up my order at a physical pepe jeans store?

No, but with our online store, your purchase is totally exchangeable, secured and can be delivered directly to your home or workplace at your convenience.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The delivery times will generally be of a maximum of 3 working days.

These periods may vary according to the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the product chosen or the mailing area. Likewise, in exceptional circumstances the delivery time may be altered by incidents or difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. In these cases, the delivery time for the good or goods ordered could be of up to 5 working days.

In which countries do you deliver?

Deliveries will be made through a courier company within Pakistan only.

We deliver to all cities within Pakistan.

Can I find out the status of my order?

Yes. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a tracking number from TCS on your mobile phone. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order.

I’ve received an article with a manufacturing defect

Pepe Jeans Pakistan does not offer any refunds on purchase except in cases where the product is defected. If the product has a fault or manufacturing defect, please e-mail our Customer Service at or contact them by telephone on +92 300 844 3883 during Customer Service opening hours (Monday to Friday: 9 h to 18 h, except bank holidays).

We will collect the product (together with its original packaging, label, and any additional documentation) from the address and at the time indicated.

We will cover these costs. We will return the price paid for the product, as well as any delivery costs that you may have incurred within a period a 5 working days.

Please note that all products we dispatch are checked carefully to avoid this kind of situation.

Can I exchange an article for a different style, size or colour?

Pepe Jeans Pakistan guarantees you the possibility of exchanging your order, provided that the exchange is notified before the order has been passed to the courier company for delivery. If this is not the case you must wait to receive the order before processing your exchange.

Once you receive your order you will have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request the exchange of the product acquired. You must notify us within this period that you wish to exercise your right to exchange the product by contacting our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to or calling to the phone number +92 300 844 3883 during customer attention hours (Monday to Friday from 9 h to 18 h, excepting bank holidays in which our Customer Service shall be inoperative). You may also contact our Customer Service if you have any further queries about our Exchange policy. Nevertheless, in these cases of exercising the right of exchange, you must pay to your courier company the costs of returning the product to Pepe Jeans Pakistan.

The product must be returned/exchanged in the same conditions as those it had when it was sent. All the items you wish to return/exchange from the same order must be returned in a single mailing. If we have been sent any promotional articles together with the garment or accessory you wish to return/exchange, such promotional article(s) must also be sent back. The return/exchange must be requested within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Refunds/Exchange will be issued only for properly returned items and must be supported with the original receipt that you received with your order.

Returns/Exchange can only be processed for products acquired at our on-line shop. If you made the purchase at one of our stores in Pakistan please contact the respective store directly, the relative contact details for each store can be found under SELECT YOUR SHOP.

Can I return a product to a physical store?

No. Currently, items purchased online must be returned to the online store.
